Job title- IT Recruiter
Experience: 2yrs – 4yrs
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and third-party vendors. You will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, screening talent, and ensuring a smooth coordination process between internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

Direct Sourcing
• Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and social media to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain and update sourcing trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports.

 
Operational & Coordination Support
• Schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers.
• Collect required candidate documents and support the offer release process.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

 
Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, vendor submissions, and recruitment status.
• Ensure data compliance and documentation accuracy in line with internal policies.

 
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1.5–4.5years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience can be considered).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and work with tight timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

 
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience working in a staffing or services-based environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation
